Payment Policy

All items request can be made and confirmed by Facsimile, e-mail or Short Message Service (SMS). In case of immediate confirmation at least 10 days (especialy for the Group), principles will be informed of the booking status. Reconfirmation is required at least 7 days prior guest arrival, followed by name list and free payment deposit 50% of the total payment as reservation guarantee and the rest payment should be settle upon guest arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation or no-shows made within 5 days before arrival, the free payment deposit will be charge (no refund ) as per cancellation policy

Liability
